Doggy Daycare/Boarding Mural Completion

Doggy Daycare/Boarding Mural Completion

We have just completed our wonderful new doggy pad Dog Park Mural, it has been such fun getting together with Ruth the artist to discuss what we wanted and what we thought the dogs would like , My main idea behind this was to bring the outdoors in for our lovely furry friends, yes we are out doors most days but with the wonderful British weather who knows what we will get day to day so even on gloomy days we can have sunshine.

Dog walking in snowy Longbenton

Dog walking in snowy Longbenton

This picture is blast from the past as a couple of these wonderful dogs (my own girl Ebony, Harley the whippet and Mabel the boxer) are now angels in doggy heaven We had a wonderful walk on the moor, lots of fun leaping around in the snow and catching snowballs, the cowgate moor is our walk of choice as there’s so much space for the dogs to run around and a great view point to give us plenty of time to get leads on if needs be, no main roads either so very safe, I always feel so blessed when I think I have been successful in business since 2003 and have met and loved some wonderful animals…long may it continue thankyou to all my clients past, present and future, I love you all xxx

Cheryl completes doggy first aid course

Cheryl completes doggy first aid course
Last week, I  attended a very informative,  very well run doggy first aid course with Muttamorphasis. It was a full fun packed all day course, with information on:
  • CPR
  • Choking
  • Burns
  • Bandaging
  • Stings and Bites
  • Heatstroke and Frostbite
  • Parasites and much more
We were shown CPR and anti choking methods on a toy dog and got the chance to bandage Sue and Emma’s dogs up in the flesh (obviously stealing as many kisses as possible from them along the way!).
These are small groups so everyone has the chance to ask questions and participate if they want to I highly recommend all dog owners get this under their belt that way if god forbid, you find yourself in a scary situation with your beloved pet you know what to do.
